调研了国内建筑设备应用BIM技术的研究现状,总结了BIM技术在建筑设备中应用的优势。分析了传统建筑设备设计施工中存在的问题,据此在碰撞检查、精确施工、有效协同等方面提出了有建设性的BIM技术应用策略。此项研究可为建筑设备行业及建筑相关行业提供科学的参考,以实现建筑行业节能环保、可持续发展的目标。

The research status of BIM technology applied in domestic construction equipment is investigated,and the advantages of BIM technology in construction equipment are summarized. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the design and construction of the traditional building equipments,and proposes some constructive application strategies of BIM technology in the aspects of collision examination,accurate construction and effective cooperation, providing scientific reference for the construction equipment industry and related construction industry to achieve the goal of sustainable development,energy efficiency and environmental protection in the construction industry.
