摘要
超声波在污泥中传播时,会同时产生机械作用、热作用和空化作用,使污泥发生一系列物理和化学变化。目前该技术作为一种清洁、高效、环保的处理方式,被广泛应用于污泥处理处置过程。综述了超声技术破解污泥的原理、影响因素及目前国内外超声技术在污泥处理过程中的应用情况,以期为我国实现污泥稳定化、减量化、无害化、资源化的合理化处理处置提供思路。
Ultrasonic wave can produce mechanical,thermal and cavitation effects when spreading in the sludge,and cause a series of physical and chemical changes in waste sludge. At present,this technology is widely used in sludge treatment and disposal process as a clean,efficient and environmentally friendly way. Such as biological digestion of sludge,sludge dewatering treatment,improving activity of microbe and enzyme,sludge expansion and odor control,pathogen removal,dangerous compounds degradation,chemical purification and recycling. In this paper,the principle,influencing factors and application of ultrasonic technology in sludge treatment are reviewed. It will provide us ideas for achieving the rational treatment and disposal of waste sludge,which is consists of stabilization,reduction,harmless and resource reuse.
