摘要
研究了Sn(Ⅳ)—显色剂—CPB体系的显色反应条件和应用。试剂的最大吸收波长为462nm,在0.02~0.16mol·L^(-1)硫酸介质中形成橙红色的三元配合物λ_(max)=531nmε=1.1×10~5。配合物的组成为Sn(Ⅳ):显色剂:CPB=1:2:1。比尔定律适合的锡浓度范围0~1.2mg/L。在掩蔽剂存在下,拟定了直接测定黄铜和纯镍中微量锡的分光光度法,经测定标样,准确度与精密度皆令人满意。
In 0.02~0.16 mol·L^(-1) H_2SO_4 medium, Sn(Ⅳ) forms a red ternary complex with the color reagent in the presence of CPB. The complex exhibits maximum absorption at 531nm, the molar absorptivity is 1.1×10~5. Beers' law is obeyed im the range of 0~1.2mg Sn(Ⅳ)/L. The stoichiometric composition of the complex is established as Sn(Ⅳ):P-DEAPF:CPB=1:2:1. A new method for the rapid spectrophotometric determination of Sn(Ⅳ)in yellow brass and pure nickel is reported, the results of determination is satisfactory.
