摘要
加工中心进给系统位置精度与被加工零件最终轮廓误差是衡量数控机床工作精度的重要指标。根据数控机床两轴直线轮廓、圆弧轮廓插补对加工中刀具轨迹的影响,通过各种调整方法对进给系统运动轨迹优化,以优化数控加工刀具轨迹,提高复杂曲面制造精度及加工表面质量。
The position accuracy of the feed center feed system and the final contour error of the machined parts are the important indexes to measure the precision of NC machine tools. According to the two-axis linear contour of the CNC machine and the influence of the circular contour interpolation on the tool trajectory in the machining,the trajectory of the feed system is optimized by various adjustment methods to optimize the tool path of the NC tool to improve the manufacturing precision and the surface quality.
