摘要
选择2016年1月—2017年1月我院收治的100例剖宫产者为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理,分析患者护理满意度以及产后抑郁症发生情况。对照组产妇产后抑郁发生率为22.00%,观察组为6.00%。对照组产妇满意37例,较满意8例,不满意5例。总满意率为90.00%。观察组产妇满意46例,较满意3例,不满意1例。总满意率为98.00%。对于剖宫产者,开展优质护理服务,能够在一定程度上降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。
100 cases of cesarean section admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2017 were divided into two groups( n = 50). The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with quality care. The patient's nursing satisfaction and postpartum depression were analyzed. The incidence of postpartum depression was 22. 00% in the control group and 6. 00% in the observation group. In the control group,37 cases were satisfied with maternal satisfaction,8 cases were satisfactory and 5 cases were dissatisfied. The overall satisfaction rate is 90. 00%. In observation group,46 cases were satisfied with maternal satisfaction,3 cases were satisfactory and 1 case was dissatisfied. The overall satisfaction rate is 98. 00%. For cesarean section,to carry out quality care services can reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
