Land resources are the very important strategic resources in the process of social development in China. At the current stage of social development, there are still many shortcomings in the application of land resources, and the overall utilization rate of land is too low. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the utilization of land resources and the relevant measures of land planning management, hoping to provide reference for the improvement of land use efficiency in China.
