摘要
耐力项目是自行车运动员专项训练中的主要项目之一,运动员需要根据自身条件适当增加训练负荷,逐步加大训练强度,提升速度项目耐力素质。本文以自行车运动员耐力训练问题为切入点,深入研究耐力训练方法,挖掘运动员潜在机能,增强肢体协调性。
The endurance project is one of the main items in the special training of cycling athletes. Athletes need to increase the training load according to their own conditions and gradually increase the training intensity and improve the quality of the endurance of the speed. In this paper,the endurance training of bike athletes was taken as the starting point so as to make in-depth study of endurance training methods,mining athletes potential function and enhance physical coordination.
