随着我国经济水平的日益提升,我国的市场经济也在快速发展,对于政府部门的管理要求也在逐渐提高。目前我国地方政府工作管理仍存在诸多问题,如:地方政府管理理念不能满足社会发展所需、政府职能部门对自身的定位不够准确、办公程序不规范等。想要在根本上解决这些问题,必须要对地方政府的管理模式进行改革创新,才能够提升办公效率、规范办公流程。

With the increasing of China＇s economic level,China＇s market economy has also developed rapidly,and the management requirements for government departments are gradually improving. At present,there are still many problems in the management of local government,such as the local government management concept can not meet the needs of social development, the position of the government departments is not accurate, and office procedures are not standardized. The local government management model should be reformed so as to improve office efficiency and standardize the office process.
