摘要
用"晕染"模式解释制度逻辑影响下的居民用水价格"趋同"上涨现象,即某城市水价的调整是对其周边主要城市水价情况的模仿行为。利用2002—2015年中国411个城市居民用水价格的相关数据进行回归分析和方差比较。研究结果有利支撑了居民用水价格制定的"晕染"模式,并证明了经济地理区域对居民用水价格及其制定具有显著影响。
This paper puts forward the "halo dyeing" model to explain the "convergence" of adjustment of water price for residents in China, that is the regulation of water price for residents in some city is the behavior imitating the growth of water price for residents in its surrounding major cities. The results of regression analysis and variance analysis with the data of water price for residents in 411 cities from 2002 to 2015 support the "halo dyeing" model and reveal that economic geography has a significant impact on the regulation of water price for residents.
