119例粉刺性乳痈的临床症状分析

Analysis of Clinical Symptoms of 119 Cases of Acne Sex Breast Carbuncle

目的:分析粉刺性乳痈的临床症状。方法:观察、记录和归纳并分析119例粉刺性乳痈患者初诊时的临床表现、特点。结果:119例粉刺性乳痈患者,单侧病变116例,94例乳头凹陷畸形、25例脂质样溢液,118例乳晕下疼痛性肿块;110例乳房脓肿,48例瘘管。初诊时20例患者兼有发热症状,9例出现周身皮疹,11例出现下肢红斑。25%的患者出现白细胞计数升高。既往病史100例,其中3例小叶增生及30例哺乳期乳腺炎。23例患者初诊时伴全身其他系统疾病。结论:粉刺性乳痈多单侧发病,初诊时多已形成乳房脓肿、乳头凹陷畸形、脂质样溢液、乳晕下疼痛性肿块。

Objective;To analyze the clinical symptoms of acne sex breast carbuncle.Methods;To observe,record and analyze the clinical manifestations and characteristics of 119 cases of patients with acne sex breast carbuncle.Results：119 cases of acne sex breast carbuncle patients with unilateral lesions in 116 cases,94 cases of papillary deformity,25 cases of lipid sample of nipple discharge,118 cases of subareolar mass pain;110 cases of breast abscess,48 cases of fistula At first visit,20 patients had fever symptoms,9 had skin rashes,and 11 had lower limb erythema.White blood cell count increased in 25%of patients.There were 100 cases of past medical history,including 3 cases of lobular hyperplasia and 30 cases of mastitis during lactation.23 patients had other systemic diseases at first visit Conclusion：Acne sex breast carbuncle than unilateral disease,newly diagnosed has formed breast abscess,nipple deformity,lipid,pain like discharge subareolar mass.
