54例老年人窦性心动过缓临床治疗分析

Clinical Analysis of 54 Cases of Elderly Patients with Sinus Bradycardia

目的:分析中西医治疗老年人窦性心动过缓中的临床疗效。方法:54例老年人窦性心动过缓患者均分为治疗组和观察组。治疗组采用谷维素等西药治疗;观察组中药(自拟升脉汤剂)治疗。以14d为1个疗程。结果:两组患者临床症状、12导联心电图改善情况差异性显著(P<0.05);24h心电图总心搏次数治疗前后,有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组亦有显著性差异(P<0.01);生活质量定性、定量指标改善有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:西药在治疗老年人窦性心动过缓方面优于传统中药治疗。

Objective.-To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile patients with sinus bradycardia.Methods：54 cases of elderly patients with sinus bradycardia were divided into treatment group and observation group.Treatment group were treated with oryzanol treatment;observation group of Chinese medicine（with Shengmai Decoction） treatment14 d for 1 courses.Results：Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms,12 lead electrocardiogram improvement significant difference（P〈0.05）;the total ECG beats before and after 24 h treatment,there was significant difference（P〈0.01）,the two groups have significant difference（P〈0.01）;the quality of life of the qualitative and quantitative indexes improved significantly the difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Western medicine is superior to traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with sinus bradycardia.
