氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效及对PaO_2、PaCO_2的影响

Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbations Chronic Bronchitis and Effects on PaO_2 and PaCO_2

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效及对PaO_2、PaCO_2的影响。方法:94例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为两组,各47例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予盐酸氨溴索注射治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果:临床治疗有效率,观察组显著高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组的PaO_2、PaCO_2与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果较为显著,可改善患者的疾病体征,治疗安全性高。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis and effects on PaO2 and PaCO2.Methods：94 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups,each with a report of 47 cases.The control group was given routine treatment,the observation group was given ambroxol hydrochloride injection treatment,analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P〈0.05;after treatment,the observation group PaO2 and PaCO2 compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effects of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis is significant,can improve the patient＇s disease symptoms,treatment of high security.
