摘要 潘二煤矿和潘四东煤矿因生产成本高,连续亏损,且开发布局局部不合理,为此对两矿采用"一矿二区"的整合模式,根据采场接替和灾害治理能力确定了科学产能,实现煤炭资源的科学开采和充分发挥现有系统生产能力的有机结合,并通过提高工作面单产水平,减少采、掘工作面数目,简化了采掘系统,实现集中化生产和减员增效;同时对通风系统、供电系统、智能化系统、压风系统、管理机构等进行了优化,提高了矿井的安全可靠性和经济效益。 Because high production cost, continuous loss and local reasonable of development layout of Pan er coal mine and Pan si coal mine, then ‘ one mine two areas’ integration model was applied in the two coal mines, scientific capacity was determined by mining filed alternative and disaster control capability, dynamic integration between coal resources scientific mining and fully system production of now was realized, excavation and recovering system was simplified and centralization production and increase efficiency by downsizing staff were realized after some measures were applied, which included improving single working face production, decrea-sing number of mining and excavation working face, ventilation system, power system, intellectualized system, compressed air system and management organization were optimized, safety reliability and economic benefit of mine were improved obviously.
