摘要
为了正确全面评价采动损害,更好协调地矿关系,指导矿山企业制定合理的开采接续设计,全面研究了我国现行的矿区各类地物的采动损害评价标准和规程,开发了用于采动损害技术经济评价的计算机辅助系统。对徐州矿区张小楼井在刘集镇村庄下采煤设计方案进行采动损害综合补偿评价,计算得到了各设计开采方案条件下各类地物采动损害补偿金额,为矿山生产规划的优选决策提供了客观依据。
In order to comprehensive and fully evaluated mining damage, and the relationship between local and mine would be coor-dinated ,guided for rational mining sustainable designing of mining enterprise, all kinds mining damage evaluation standards and pro-cedures of surface features in domestic were studied fully, and then computer aided system of mining damage techno-economic apprais-al was developed. Mining damage synthesize compensate evaluation of mining designing scheme was done , which mining under Liu- jizhen village of Zhangxiaolou mine in Xuzhou coal mine area, it refers for optimization decision of mine production planning.
