摘要
梅奥基于霍桑实验提出了重视人本理念的"人群关系论"管理理论,这一理论对班级管理有很好的指导意义。人群关系论视角下的班级管理模式应该具有学生主体性、目标多样性、管理包容性等特征。目前,学校班级管理模式存在两大弊端:层级制的金字塔体系和单一性的评价体系。基于人群关系论,班级管理要实现向班级治理和班级建设的转变。
Based on Hawthorne experiment, Elton Mayo puts forward the “Human Relations Theory”, which has guiding significance for class management. The class management model from the perspective of the “Human Relations Theory” should be characterized with student subjectivity, target diversity and management inclusiveness. At present, there are two major drawbacks in class management model in the school: the hierarchical pyramid system and the onefold evaluation system. Based on the “Human Rela-tions Theory” , class management shifts to class governance and class construction.
