摘要
针对汽车爪极发电机设计时定子与转子在径向和轴向的尺寸匹配问题,以1台四相24槽电励磁无刷爪极发电机为例,运用三维有限元软件对发电机定子与转子在不同尺寸匹配时的模型进行磁路、气隙磁密以及容错运行状态的仿真分析。根据仿真结果制作样机进行实验,实验验证表明,定子厚度超出爪极有效长度2~4mm时,可以充分利用发电机定子材料,电机具有较高的功率密度;气隙长度为0.3mm时,发电机电枢反应适中,且漏磁系数较小,发电机综合性能最好;与传统三相发电机相比,该发电机在单相故障状态下,经自身调节后输出性能仍然符合设计要求,可靠性高。
aiming at the size matching problem between stator and rotor in axial and radial directions during the design of an automobile claw-pole generator,the magnetic circuit,air-gap flux density,and fault-tolerant operation for a 12-slot,24-pole electromagnetic brushless claw-pole generator under different size matching cases were numerically simulated using three-dimensional finite element software.And corresponding prototype was made for physical experiments based on the numerical results.The results show that when the stator thickness is 2-4mm more than the effective length of the claw pole,the stator material can be fully utilized and the generator has high power density.When the air-gap length is 0.3mm,the armature reaction of the generator is moderate and the magnetic leakage coefficient is small,indicating the best performance of the generator.Compared with the traditional three-phase generator,this generator can still satisfy the design requirement through self adjustment even in singlephase fault state,showing high reliability.
