产后出血行双侧子宫动脉栓塞术后血栓一例

摘要
患者35岁,因＂停经40＋4周,入院待产＂。孕39周时B超提示：胎盘低置状态（下缘距宫颈管内口约52 mm）。入院后予人工破膜及静脉滴催产素后顺娩一活女婴,体重3350 g。产后出现大出血,失血性休克,经保守治疗后阴道流血不止。
