摘要
通过某工程实例,对悬臂浇灌施工的大跨连续梁桥的合龙方式与相关核心技术方案进行分析。连续梁桥悬臂处挠度监测是采用悬臂法施工监测最核心内容,其他的材料力学、应力与温度等方面监测均是围绕挠度而进行。监测结果表明,该工程案例中所采用技术方案、使用施工工艺、合龙操作流程以及相关转换时间节点等是科学的、合理的,具有可操作性。
through a case study,analysis of the construction of the cantilever pouring closure methods of large span continuous beam bridge and the related core technology. From the continuous beam cantilever deflection monitoring is the cantilever construction method of monitoring the core content,other material mechanics,stress and temperature monitoring and other aspects are carried out around the deflection. The results show that in the engineering case,the technical proposal,the use of the construction process,the closure operation,and associated switching time node are scientific,reasonable,and practical.
