风险管理对急性冠状动脉综合征患者护理质量的影响

Effect of Risk Management on the Nursing Quality of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的探讨风险管理对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者护理质量的影响。方法纳入该院确诊为急性冠状动脉综合征患者90例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式;观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,进行风险管理。比较两组患者的护理满意度、意外事故发生率以及护理服务质量。结果观察组患者护理满意度为97.78%,显著高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)。观察组患者意外事故总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。观察组急救护理技巧、专科护理知识及ACS基础知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险管理护理在急性冠状动脉综合征患者护理中的应用,可以有效提高患者满意度,降低意外事故发生率,有助于改善护理服务质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of risk management on the nursing quality of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 90 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome diagnosed in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing model, the observation group adopted the risk management on the basis of the routine nursing, and the nursing satisfactory degree, incidence rate of accidents and nursing service quality were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.78% vs 82.22%）（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of accidents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,（6.67% vs 22.22%）（P〈0.05）, and the emergency nursing skill, special nursing knowledge and ACS basic knowledge score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing quality of patients with acute coronary syndrome can effectively improve the satisfactory degree of patients, reduce the incidence rate of accidents and help to improve the nursing service quality, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
