摘要
目的对血站采供血工作中护理质量管理的方法及其效果展开分析。方法选择该院40名护理人员作为该文研究对象,建立相应的护理质量控制小组,并对小组成员开展培训措施,对护理质量的管理效果展开观察与分析。结果在满意度所得结果上,实施护理质量管理前的献血者用血医院满意度要低于实施后的献血者满意度及用血医院满意度,前后所得结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提升血站采供血工作的护理质量能有效预防意外事件的发生,降低安全风险,使血站采供血的服务水平得到有效提升。
Objective To analyze the method and effect of nursing quality management in the blood collection and blood supply in the blood station. Methods 40 cases of nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research objects and the corresponding nursing quality control group was established and the members were given the training measures and the management effect of nursing quality was observed and analyzed. Results The statistical results showed that the satisfactory degree of blood donors and blood use hospital before the implementation of nursing quality management was lower than that after implementation, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improvement of nursing quality of blood collection and blood supply in the blood station can effectively prevent the occurrence of various accidents,reducing the safety risk and effectively improving the blood collection and blood supply service levels.
