摘要
目的分析护理组长在护理层级管理过程中的重要价值。方法选取2016年1—12月,该院46名护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组。观察组开展护士长-护理组长-责任护士的护理层级管理,对照组则开展常规护理管理,对比两组护理人员专业知识考核成绩、病区护理质量评分及医生、患者满意度评分。结果观察组专业技术操作及理论知识得分均高于对照组,病区护理质量评分及医生、患者满意度评分也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理组长可提高护理层级管理效果,建议在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the important value of nursing team leaders in the nursing layer management. Methods46 cases of nursing staff in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, and the control group adopted the routine nursing management, while the observation group adopted the head nurs-es-nursing team leaders-responsibility nurses layer management, and the professional knowledge examination score, ward nursing quality score and satisfactory degree of doctors and patients were compared between the two groups. Results The professional operation and theoretical scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the ward nursing quality score and satisfactory degree score of doctors and patients were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were obvious(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing team leaders can improve the nursing layer management effect, and it is suggested to be promoted in clinic.
