急诊监护病房的安全护理管理对策

Safety Nursing Management Strategies of Emergency Monitoring Ward

目的对急诊监护病房患者的病情和临床效果进行分析,探索安全性护理干预的效果。方法针对急诊监护病房患者病情危急、需采用多种抢救措施,并联合药物治疗和护理,以及房间大、病床多、男女同间的现状,严格控制外来人员及家属探视与陪护,减少对急诊监护病房患者身体和心理的不良影响。结果采用安全性护理干预后,减少了对患者的活动限制,使病房安静整洁,减轻了患者的负性情绪和身体上的病痛。结论安全性护理管理,有利于缓解急诊监护病房患者的焦虑紧张情绪,提高治疗效率,利于患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the disease and clinical effect of emergency monitoring ward and explore the safety nursing intervention effect. Methods Multiple rescue measures needed to be adopted and the drug treatment and nursing were used according to the statuses of large room, many beds and female and male in the same room, and the external staff and family was strictly controlled for visit and company thus reducing the adverse effect on the physical and mental states of patients in the emergency monitoring ward. Results After the safety nursing intervention, the activity limitation of patients was reduced and the ward was quiet and clean and the negative emotion and physical pains of patients were relieved. Conclusion The safety nursing management can be conducive to relieving the anxiety and nervous emotions of patients in the emergency monitoring ward and improve the treatment effective rate, and it is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
