群组管理模式在我国慢性病管理中的应用进展

进入新时期后,非传染性的慢性病构成了最重要的一类健康威胁,该类疾病也占用了最高比例的卫生资源。在管理慢性病的过程中,群组管理应当属于实效性较强的一类管理模式,因而逐渐受到了广泛关注。早在上世纪末,发达国家就开始尝试着在治疗慢性病领域中引入群组管理,在此基础上也获得了突显的实效性。近些年来,慢性病患者逐步表现为增多的趋势,这种现状也在客观上突显了群组管理的价值与意义。对于此,该文探析了慢性病管理运用群组管理的基本思路以及具体内容,对此进行了综述研究。

The non-infectious disease becomes an important health threat under the new era, the disease has accounted for a large number of resources, in the management course of chronic disease, the group management is a model with strong practice, therefore, it gradually wins the wide attention, and the developed county has begun to introduce the group management into the chronic disease field since the end of the last century, in recent years, the chronic disease patients gradually increase thus highlighting the value and significance of group management, therefore, the paper studies the basic thinking and specific contents of group management in the chronic disease management.
