护理安全管理在骨科护理管理中的应用研究

Research on Application of Nursing Safety Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Orthopedics

目的探究护理安全管理在骨科护理管理过程中所采用的具体措施以及相关的应用效果。方法该文选取该院2016年9月—2017年5月的骨科患者作为研究对象,对其进行护理安全管理制度的应用,在这一过程中分别对于安全管理措施应用前后病患的情况进行记录,并且根据以上记录的资料开展总结性分析,对比前后时期患者的情况,调查患者对于护理安全管理的满意程度,进行进一步的具体分析。结果实施护理安全管理之后,病患的总体康复水平、护理过程中的安全性、综合护理水平以及患者的满意程度都有了明显的提升。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理管理中应用护理安全管理制度十分必要,不仅能够提升医院的综合治疗效果,减少护理过程中存在的安全隐患,并且还能够增强患者以及患者家属对于医院服务的满意程度,在今后的临床中可以进行广泛的使用。

Objective To study the specific measures and effect of nursing safety management in the nursing management in the department of orthopedics. Methods The patients in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from September2016 to May 2017 were selected and the nursing safety management system was used and the disease conditions of patients before and after the application of safety management were recorded and summarized according to the data above and the patients＇ condition before and after the application was compared and the satisfactory degree of nursing safety management was surveyed for further specific analysis. Results After the implementation of nursing safety management, the total rehabilitation level, nursing safety, comprehensive nursing level and satisfactory degree of patients were obviously improved and allwith statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is necessary to apply the nursing safety management system in the nursing management course in the department of orthopedics, which can not only improve the comprehensive treatment effect of hospitals,reduce the safety hidden dangers in the nursing course and enhance the satisfactory degree of patients and their family to the hospital services, which can be widely applied in clinic in the future.
