摘要
目的观察和评价分析案例教学教学法配合基于问题教学法在胸外科教学中的应用效果。探讨案例教学教学法配合基于问题教学法在胸外科教学中的可行性,为胸外科实习教学提供新的教学方法。方法 2016年2月—2017年2月期间选取100名临床专业学生,随机分成对照组50名学生采用传统教学模式,研究组50名学生采用案例教学教学法配合基于问题教学法,考察为不记名闭卷形式,观察两组教学方法对两组学生教学效果的影响。结果考核后研究组学生在理论与实践得分上均较对照组学生有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论案例教学教学法配合基于问题教学法在胸外科教学中,能够提高学生学习的兴趣,并提升学习的效果,值得推广运用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the application effect of case teaching method and problem-based teaching method in the teaching in the department of chest surgery to discuss its feasibility and provide a new teaching method for the practice teaching in the department of chest surgery. Methods 100 cases of students in the clinical major from February2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group and the research group respectively adopted the traditional teaching model and case teaching and problem-based teaching, and the teaching effect of the two groups was observed. Results After examination, the theoretical and practice scores in the research group obviously increased compared with those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The case teaching method and problem-based teaching method in the teaching in the department of chest surgery can improve the learning interest and improve the learning effect, which is worth promotion and application.
