摘要
医院档案是记录和反映个人经历以及德才的表现,档案信息的开发利用可以发挥医院人才资源的效力,促进人力资源的合理分置并充分发挥人力资源管理的重要性。现如今我国的政治经济文化得到了长期的发展,人们的生活水平得以提升,并且也促使医院的各项制度渐渐地趋于完善,使档案的利用在医院的人力资源的管理之中具有越来越重要的地位,因此,对于医院人力资源管理之中档案的利用以及对于档案的管理工作就成为了必须探究以及分析的话题,该文就针对档案利用在医院人力资源管理中的作用进行分析。
The hospital files are the manifestations of recording and reflecting the individual experience and morality and talents, and the vitalization of archive information can give play to the effect of hospital human resources, promote the rational allocation of human resources and fully give play to the importance of human resource management, currently, the economic, political and cultural levels in China obtain a long-term development, and people＇s living standard is improved and various systems in the hospital are improved thus making the vitalization of archive in the hospital human resources more and more important, therefore, it is necessary to discuss it and the paper analyzes the effect of vitalization of archive in the hospital human resources.
