摘要
基层药品不良反应监测关系到人民群众的生命安全,是基层食药监系统非常重要的一项工作。该文检索了2016年桐城市药品不良反应监测中心数据库中的所有报告,分析统计该年度各类涉药机构ADR监测工作的总体情况,探讨了该市药品不良反应((ADR)监测工作中存在的问题并提出相应对策,建议必须加强领导,加强培训,完善机制,加强人员队伍建设。
The adverse reaction monitoring of primary drugs concerns the life security of masses, which is one of important work in the primary drugs monitoring system, and the paper retrieves all reports in the adverse reactions monitoring center database in Tongcheng, analyzes and counts the total situation of ADR monitoring work in various pharmacy institutions in this year and discusses the existing problems in the ADR monitoring work and puts forwards the corresponding strategies,and the paper puts forwards the suggestions of improving the ADR monitoring level and supposes that we must enhance the leadership and training, improve the mechanism and enhance the personnel team construction.
