护理风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Nursing Risk Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Emergency

目的探讨护理风险管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用效果,使急诊科患者能够有效地规避风险,降低风险的发生率。方法该次研究选择该院急诊科在2016年1—12月期间收治的120例患者和护理工作人员20名为研究对象,对比分析实施护理风险管理前后患者及家属的满意度,护理质量评分以及护理投诉率。结果实施护理风险管理前患者及家属对该院急诊科的护理满意度明显低于实施后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施护理风险管理后护士理论考试分数、技能操作分数、文书书写分数均高于实施前,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理投诉率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理管理中实施护理风险管理,可有效减少医疗事故的发生,提高患者的满意度,缓解护患之间的关系,使护理工作人员的风险意识增加,护理质量得到明显的提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing management in the department of emergency thus making the patients effectively avoid risks and reduce the incidence rate of risks. Methods 120 cases of patients and 20 cases of nursing work staff admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December2016 in our hospital were selected and the satisfactory degree of patients and their family, nursing quality score and nursing compliant rate before and after the implementation of nursing risks were compared and analyzed. Results The satisfactory degree of patients and their family before the implementation was obviously lower than that after the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the theoretical examination score, skill operation score, paper writing score of nurses after the implementation were higher than those before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after implementation, the nursing compliant rate was lower than that before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in the department of emergency can effectively reduce the occurrence of medical accidents, improve the satisfactory degree of patients, relieve the medical relationship, increase the risk awareness of nursing work staff and obviously improve the nursing quality and it is worth promotion and application.
