当前,由于经济条件、服务水平、技术水平等诸多方面原因导致我国基层卫生院的护理质量和城市大医院护理水平仍然存在很大差距,需要进一步完善基层卫生院护理管理体系。该文主要分析了基层卫生院护理质量管理现状,并且提出了几点可行性的改进对策。

Currently, the causes such as economic condition, service level and technical level lead to a big difference in nursing quality between the primary health centers and big hospitals in cities, and the nursing management system in the primary health centers should be further improved, and the paper mainly analyzes the nursing quality management status in the primary health centers and puts forwards several feasible improvement strategies.
