人性化护理管理在普外科护理中的应用意义

Application Significance of Humanistic Nursing Management in the Nursing in the Department of General Surgery

目的探讨人性化护理管理在普外科护理中的应用意义。方法该院于2016年2月开始在该院普外科护理中实施人性化护理管理,为了探讨人性化护理管理的价值,选择2016年2月—2017年2月期间在普外科护理中发生的护理差错事故、护患纠纷、护理质量评价及护理满意度进行评价,并与2015年1月—2016年1月期间实施性化护理管理前进行比较。结果实施人性化护理管理后护理差错事故发生率0.00%显著低于实施前4.00%,护患纠纷发生率1.00%显著低于实施前7.00%(P<0.05);实施后护理人员护理质量评价显著高于实施前,患者护理满意度评价显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理中实施人性化护理管理利于提高患者护理满意度,提高护理人员护理质量,降低差错事故发生率,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the application significance of humanistic nursing management in the nursing in the department of general surgery. Methods The humanistic nursing management had been implemented in our hospital since February 2016, in order to discuss the value of humanistic nursing management, the nursing errors, nurse-doctor disputes,nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree were evaluated from February 2016 to February 2017, and compared with those from January 2015 to January 2016. Results The incidence rate of nursing errors after the implementation of humanistic nursing management was obviously lower than that before the implementation（0.00% vs 4.00%）, and the incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes was obviously lower than that before the implementation（1.00% vs 7.00%）（P〈0.05）, and the nursing quality evaluation of nursing staff after implementation was obviously higher than that before implementation, and the nursing satisfactory degree evaluation of patients was obviously higher than that before the implementation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing management in the nursing in the department of general surgery is conducive to improving the nursing satisfactory degree, improving the nursing quality of nursing staff and reducing the incidence rate of errors, and it is worth promotion.
