摘要
大量流行病学和动物实验研究表明,缺氧、感染、营养不良等产前宫内的恶劣环境,可导致低出生体质量、成年后罹患心脏病、高血压、脑血管等疾病的几率明显增高,其原因主要与产前宫内的恶劣环境引起子代表观基因组改变,子代个体对各类疾病的敏感性增加有关。该文探讨产前慢性缺氧对子代大鼠心肌、血压、血管、脑白质的影响,描述当前科研界的研究进展,对主要文献研究内容进行了阐述,并对今后的研究进行展望。
The massive epidemiology and animal test researches show that the severe environments of hypoxia, infection and malnutrition can lead to low birth body mass, suffering from cardiac disease, hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases in adults, and it is related to the changes of gene groups caused by the intrauterine severe environments before delivery and increased sensitivity of descendent individuals to various diseases, and the paper studies the effect of prenatal chronic hypoxia on the myocardium, blood pressure, blood vessel and cerebral white matter of descendent rats and the paper introduces the current research progress in the scientific research field, elaborates the major research contents of literatures and prospects the further research.
