摘要
目的研究血糖对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)病人体内循环微粒(MPs)浓度的影响。方法以2014年7月—2014年12月就诊于新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏外科的ACS病人(n=77,其中合并2型糖尿病者35例)为研究对象,分析血糖对MPs的影响及二者的相关性,同时检测两种MPs对内皮细胞eNOS蛋白表达的影响。结果 ACS合并糖尿病(DM)病人体内的MPs浓度较单纯ACS病人明显升高,而且ACS合并糖尿病病人的血糖与其自身MPs浓度呈正相关(r=0.59,P=0.000 2);ACS合并DM病人来源的MPs较单纯ACS病人来源的MPs抑制内皮细胞eNOS蛋白表达的能力明显增强。结论高血糖可能通过增加机体MPs含量和抑制内皮细胞eNOS蛋白表达而影响ACS的进展。
Objective To study the influence of blood glucose on the concentration of circulating microparticles(MPs)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Seventy-seven patients with ACS in Department of Cardiac Surgery,The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2014 July to December 2014 were recruited,including 35 patients complicated with diabetes mellitus(DM).The relationship between blood glucose levels and MPs concentration and effect on endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)expression were analysed.Results MPs concentrations were obviously higher in ACS patients complicated with DM than those ACS patients.What's more,the blood glucose levels was positively correlated with the MPs concentrations in ACS patients complicated with DM(r=0.59,P =0.000 2).The eNOS expression in patients with ACS and DM was lower than that in ACS patients.Conclusion High blood glucose may affect the development of ACS by increasing the body MPs concentrations and inhibiting eNOS expression.
