氢氯吡格雷结合冠心舒通胶囊治疗急性冠脉综合征术后心绞痛的效果分析

Clinical Observation on Clopidogrel and Guanxin Shutong Capsule in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris in Acute Coronary Syndrome after PCI

目的研究氢氯吡格雷结合冠心舒通胶囊在经皮冠状动脉治疗介入(PCI)治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)术后对病人心绞痛的影响效果。方法将2014年—2017年在我院进行治疗的急性冠脉综合征病人80例纳入研究范围,在进行PCI术后,80例病人平均分成联合组和对照组。收集两组用药前后心绞痛发作频率和发作持续时间的数据;建立心绞痛评量标准,并进行记录数据;在用药前和用药后20d分别测量病人低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果在用药后心绞痛有效情况联合组占比95%,对照组占比仅为77.5%。结果表明,两种用药方式均能缓解术后心绞痛的发作频率和持续时间,hs-CRP和LDL-C在治疗后,联合组较对照组更趋于术前的稳定范围,数据比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PCI术后氢氯吡格雷结合冠心舒通胶囊能有效降低急性冠脉综合征病人血清中hs-CRP和LDL-C的含量,使心绞痛情况得到改善,控制心绞痛的持续时间和发作频次。

Objective To investigate the effect of clopidogrel and Guanxin Shutong capsule（GSC）in the treatment of angina pectoris in acute coronary syndromes（ACS）after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods Eighty patients with ACS after PCI in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups：control group treated with routine treatment,and treatment group treated with routine treatment plus clopidogrel and GSC.The data of the frequency and onset duration of angina pectoris before and after treatment were collected.The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）were measured in patients before and after 20 days of research.The criteria of angina pectoris were established.Results The effective rate of angina pectoris was 95%in treatment group,and 77.5% in control group.The levels of hsCRP and LDL-C were decreased in two groups after treatment,and the descending condition was more obvious in treatment group.Conclusion Clopidogrel and GSC can decrease the levels of hs-CRP and LDL-C,improve the rate of angina pectoris and control the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in patients with ACS after PCI.
