焦虑、抑郁状态与中医体质的相关性研究

Relationship between Anxiety,Depression and TCM Constitution

目的探讨焦虑、抑郁状态与中医体质的相关性。方法对500例脑病科心理咨询门诊病人采用汉密尔顿焦虑、抑郁量表评分,将500例病人进行中医体质归纳,分析焦虑、抑郁状态与中医体质的相关性。结果焦虑状态中排在前三位的体质分别为痰湿、湿热、阴虚体质;抑郁状态中排在前三位的体质分别为痰湿、阴虚、气郁体质。焦虑、抑郁状态中男女体质分布有细微差别,焦虑状态中女性以痰湿、湿热、气虚体质位于前三位;男性以痰湿、湿热、阴虚体质排在前三位。抑郁状态中女性以痰湿、阴虚、气虚体质排在前三位;男性以痰湿、气郁、阴虚体质位于前三位。经Logistic多元回归分析显示,焦虑状态与痰湿、湿热、阴虚、血瘀体质相关;抑郁状态与痰湿、气郁、阳虚体质相关。结论焦虑、抑郁状态与中医体质存在相关性。

Objective To explore the relationship between anxiety and depression status and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）constitution.Methods Five hundreds patients with psychological counseling in the Department of brain were selected.Hamiton Anxiety/Depression Scale scores and TCM constitution were observed.Results The top three TCM constitutions were phlegmy wet constitution,humid and hot constitution,yin deficiency constitution in patients with anxiety state.The top three TCM constitutions were phlegmy wet constitution,yin deficiency constitution,qi stagnation constitution in patients with depression state.There was difference in the distribution of physical and physical distribution in anxiety and depression.The top three TCM constitutions were phlegmy wet constitution,humid and hot constitution,qi deficiency constitution in women with anxiety state,and phlegmy wet constitution,humid and hot constitution,yin deficiency constitution in men with anxiety state.The top three TCM constitutions were phlegmy wet constitution,yin deficiency constitution,qi deficiency constitution in women with depression state,and phlegmy wet constitution,qi stagnation constitution,yin deficiency constitution in men with depression state.Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that anxiety was related to phlegm wet constitution,humid and hot constitution,yin deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution,while the depression was relation to phlegm wet constitution,qi stagnation constitution and yang deficiency constitution.ConclusionThe anxiety and depression status is correlated to TCM constitution.
