摘要
随着疏浚工程的发展,耙吸船疏浚土质越来越复杂,对含H_2S有毒气体的土质,耙吸船现有设备及传统开挖工艺根本无法确保安全生产。针对此问题,对现有船舶进行了防护改造并制定针对性的施工工艺。采用泥舱防护、工作及生活舱室防护、人员个人防护的防护措施,运用择风向施工、薄层开挖与交替施工、满舱置换等施工工艺,成功完成了在纳米比亚鲸湾港项目工程中含H_2S气体土质的施工任务。
With the development of dredging, suction dredging soil is more and more complex. Existing equipment and traditional excavation technology of trailing suction dredger cannot safely dredge soil containing H_2S toxic gas. To solve this problem,the existing ship is protected and reconstructed,and the targeted construction technology is formulated. The protective measures has been adopted including mud tank protection,work and living accommodation protection and staff personal protection. The advanced construction technology is adopted for example selecting the wind direction when construction, thin layer excavation, alternating construction, full tank replacement. The construction task of dredging soil containing H_2S toxic gas is successfully completed in Namibia Walvis Bay project.
