摘要 为了确保液压支架底座底板平面度质量,对生产过程中底板变形的控制进行研究,在合理设计焊前预防措施、焊接过程控制、焊后矫正措施的基础上,对底座生产中的拼装、焊接、工件的吊装翻转定位焊开裂等方面的工件变形控制进行分析研究以及对施工现场条件情况进行了分析。根据国家相关标准,制定公司内部控制底座底板平面度标准。提出了在拼装平台上放置专用等高铁进行过程控制的新方法,代替传统的在检验平台上四角放置等高铁的专检方法。为操作工提供了方便、可靠可控的过程质量控制环境,并在生产过程中应用及验证。结果表明,在拼装平台上放置专用等高铁后,使底座生产完工交检底板平面度合格率由90%提高到100%,保证底座底板平面度效果明显。 In order to insure the quality of planeness of bottom plates,this article studied deformations of bottom plate during the producing process of hydraulic support bases.With scientific design,prevention measures of welding,welding process control and rectification after the welding,this article analyzed deformations happened during the process of assembly,welding,turnover of lifting and failure of tack welding,and made an analysis on site conditions as well.The company mentioned also set the standards of planeness of bottom plates of hydraulic support base according to related national standards.The company has proposed the new method of putting iron blocks of the same height on the assembly platform,instead of on the four corners on the inspection platform as the traditional method.Thus,it has created convenient,reliable and measurable process quality control environment for the operators,and has been vertified in the practice.Results have showed that,by putting iron blocks of the same height on the assembly platform,the qualified rate of the planeness can be increased from 90% to 100%,and the effect of ensuring the planeness control of bottom plate was good.
