摘要
超化煤矿工作面两巷和采动影响区域巷道均采用郑州矿区常规的U型钢支护方式。随着采掘地点不断延深,两巷架棚巷道150 d的顶底板表面位移量达到720 mm,出现了前掘后扩现象。因此超化煤矿开展了深部三软煤层支护体系建设研究工作,基于自然平衡拱理论通过分析围岩的工程地质条件,优化支护参数,率先在郑州矿区试验了三软煤层全锚网支护。经过现场实施、效果观测,深部三软煤巷150 d的顶底板表面位移量由U型钢支护的720 mm降低到锚网支护的413 mm,建成了与矿井围岩地质相匹配的深部三软煤层支护体系,延长了巷道维修周期,为郑州矿区其他三软煤层矿井提供了参考。
U-steel supports,widely used in Zhengzhou mining area,are also used on working face in Chaohua Coal Mine.With the constant deepening mining site,the displacement between the roof and floor of roadway reached to 720 mm when the roadway has been formed for 150 d,therefore conducted a deep supporting system construction of the "Three Soft" coal seam.On the basis of natural equilibrium arch theory,combined with the engineering geological conditions of surrounding rock,the supporting parameters were optimized,bolt and wire mesh supporting technology in "Three Soft" coal seam was tested in Zhengzhou mining area.The results of test showed that,the displacement between the roof and floor of roadway was reduced to 413 mm.the matching the coal mining activities supporting system was built successfully,the roadway maintenance cycle was also prolonged,which has provided reference for other mines with "Three Soft" coal seam in Zhengzhou mining area.
