复杂地质条件下支架组拆硐室及起吊梁施工技术应用

摘要 结合平煤股份十三矿实际生产情况,介绍了复杂的地质条件下采面支架组拆硐室位置选择、硐室支护设计以及硐室起吊梁安装技术,受围岩构造应力、顶板倾角大、巷道支护困难等问题,对此分析了在满足安全回采、尽最大可能回收煤炭资源前提下,在采面回风巷由下分层过渡上分层沿煤层顶板施工段进行施工支架组拆硐室。支架硐室含车场在回风巷掘进过程中采用锚网梁索一次成巷,大倾角顶板条件下支架起吊梁采用11号矿用工字钢焊接作为橫托梁进行固定。组拆硐室现场应用结果表明该支护设计方案取得了良好的支护效果。 In combination with practical production situation of Pingmei No.13 Coal Mine,selection of the chamber location of the mining face support group,support design of the cavern and installation technology of hoisting beam of chamber were introduced under complex geological conditions,and suffered by tectonic stress of surrounding rock,large dip angle,roof of roadway support difficulty,which met the safety mining in this premise,the recovery of coal resources to the greatest extent possible,on the mining surface wind lane transition from a layered hierarchical along the construction period for the construction of roof support for opening cavern group.Support cavern containing yard used in the process of excavating the wind lane beam metal net into a lane at a time,under the condition of large dip angle of roof support lifting beam using mine steel welding as transverse beams were fixed.The results of the field application showed that the support design scheme obtained good support effect.
