永磁同步变频直驱系统在煤矿井下胶带输送机中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 以煤矿井下胶带输送机驱动系统为研究对象,指出了公司内、外部各矿井在用传统异步电动机驱动系统的主要缺点和不足。通过考察学习、技术讨论、经济分析,提出一种新型驱动系统——永磁同步变频直驱系统,并以应用实例对传统异步电动机驱动系统和永磁同步变频直驱系统进行对比、分析,经过实际应用证明:永磁同步变频直驱系统具有结构简单、安装方便、高效节能、启动转矩大、过载能力强、噪音低等优点,而且无需进行人工日常维护,节约了大量的人力物力成本,降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了生产环境,弥补了传统异步电动机驱动系统的缺点和不足。永磁同步变频直驱系统的成功应用为公司后期进行胶带输送机驱动系统改造打下了良好的基础。 Taking the coal mine belt conveyor drive system as the research object,this paper points out the main shortcomings and insufficiency of the traditional asynchronous motor drive system in the internal and external mines of the coal mine.By investigating and learning,technical discussion,economic analysis,it puts forward a new type of drive system,namely,permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion drive system.By the comparison and analysis application example between the traditional asynchronous motor drive system and permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion drive system,and proves that the permanent magnet synchronous frequency direct driving system has many advantages,such as a simple structure,convenient installation,high efficiency and energy saving,large starting torque,strong overload capacity,low noise,and no need for routine maintenance of artificial.Thus saving a lot of manpower and material costs,reducing the labor intensity of workers,improve the production environment,make up for the traditional asynchronous motor drive system shortcomings and deficiencies.The successful application of permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion direct-drive system laids a good foundation for the late renovation of belt conveyor drive system for the company.
