"道德绑架"以追求善的名义干扰人们的道德选择自由,相比于法律层面的绑架,这是一种"弱绑架"。传统文化中道德至上观念,社会转型给人们带来的道德焦虑以及人们道德评价中存在着动机与结果的背反因素都是加剧这种现象的原因。绑架者主要通过角色、情感、语言、行为四种方式对被绑架者实施道德干预,从而迫使被绑架者改变自己的意愿或者行为。

Different with the kidnapping behavior defined in the law,'moral kidnapping'is actually a kind of weak kidnapping which intervene people's free rights in making moral choice in the name of goodness.The phenomenon of moral kidnapping has been aggravated in that the concept of moral supremacy prevailed in our traditional culture,that social transformation brought people's moral evaluation.Rule,emotion,language,and behavior are the four patterns that kidnappers mainly adopted to implement moral intervention on the abducted in order to compel them to alter their wishes and acts.
