在十多年实地调查采访的基础上,参考有关伪满档案、文献、回忆录及口述的资料,阐明穆棱市下城子为中共吉东特委机关诞生地,并论述中共吉东特委领导吉东地区各族人民反满抗日斗争的历史作用及对全国抗战胜利的积极影响。
