Evaluation and Analysis of Regional Innovation Capability in China

在知识经济和全球化时代,创新能力日益成为国别之间、区域之间综合竞争的核心要素,是一个国家或区域能够健康、持续、稳定发展的关键。本文在充分考虑区域间知识创新、技术创新以及市场创新等硬指标基础上,将管理、制度、文化、方法等软指标纳入到创新能力整体评价范畴中进行研究,深刻分析中国区域创新现状及导致区域创新能力差异背后的深层次原因,找出不同区域提升创新能力的路径与方法。

In the times of the economy and knowledge and globalization,the innovation capacity has been increasingly becoming the core element of competition among centuries and regions and the key of the healthy,continued and stable development of a country or a region.This paper integrates the soft indexes of management,institution,culture and approach into the innovative capacity evaluation,analyses the Chinese regional innovation current situation and the deep reasons of regional innovation difference on the bases of considering the hard indexes of regional knowledge innovation,technology innovation and market innovation.Then the approach and paths would be proposed for improving the regional innovation capacity.
