《中国共产党统一战线工作条例(试行)》将新的社会阶层人士单独列为统战对象,新的社会阶层人士的统战工作成为目前统一战线建设新的着力点与创新点。政治吸纳是统一战线制度化建设的重要形式之一,而新的社会阶层人士自身所具有的时代特性既可能是政治吸纳工作的突破点,也可能成为掣肘政治吸纳工作推进的重要因素。在总结以往新的社会阶层人士政治吸纳工作经验的基础上,未来新的社会阶层人士的政治吸纳工作既需要原则性的指引,更为重要的是理性路径的构建。

The'Regulations of the Communist Party of China on the work of the United Front(Trial)'include the new social strata individually as United Front targets.The united front work of the new social strata has become the focus and innovation of the United Front Construction.Political absorption is one of the important forms of the institutionalization of the United Front.the new social strata has its own characteristics of the times,which may be the breakthrough point of the political absorption work,may also become an important factor impeding the political absorption work.On the basis of summing up the experience of political absorption of new social strata,in the future,the political absorption of new social strata requires both principled guidance and,more importantly,the construction of a rational path.
