摘要
近年来,我国研究生数量不断增加,研究生教育质量与规模间的矛盾日益凸显,研究生创新能力水平一般被公认为研究生教育存在的首要问题。以8个省市的10余所高校研究生为样本,从创新主体、导师影响、科研实践和创新环境四个角度出发构建了"政产学研用"下高校研究生创新能力影响因素的模型并提出假设。运用结构方程模型对已构建的理论模型进行实证分析,结果表明创新主体、导师影响、科研实践和创新环境均不同程度地影响对高校研究生创新能力。最后提出相关措施以提升"政产学研用"下高校研究生创新能力,为我国广泛研究培养和提升研究生创新能力水平提供了一定程度的理论参考。
Recent years, the increasing n u m b e r of graduate students in C h i n a, the quality and scale of graduate education has b e c o m e increasingly promineet , the level of post - graduate innovative a-bility is generally recognized as the primary problem of graduate education. This paper constructs a m o d e l of influen-cing factors of innovation ability of postgraduates from the four perspectives of innovation subject,research practice and innovation environment, a n d proposes hypotheses based on the four graduate schools in eight provinces and cities. The results showthat the innovation subject, the influence of the supervisor, the research prac-tice and the innovation environment all affect the innovation ability of the postgraduates in different degrees. Finally,some measures are put forward to promote the innovation ability of postgraduates.
