“一带一路”背景下东盟孔子学院的发展与创新

The Development and Innovation of the Confucius Institutes in ASEAN under the Background of “One Belt One Road”

自2006年东盟的第一所孔子学院落户泰国以来,迄今中国已经在东盟建立了30所孔子学院。热络的中国-东盟关系为孔子学院的发展提供了较好的发展环境和历史机遇,东盟孔子学院整体运作情况良好,涌现出了一批具有影响力的"先进孔子学院"。随着中国"一带一路"倡议的推进与实施,东盟各国自然成了"一带一路"规划的首站支点国家,这为孔子学院的发展提供了难得的历史新机遇。如何在"一带一路"背景下持续发展与创新东盟的孔子学院,如何使孔子学院在汉语教育上更好地服务于"一带一路",如何使孔子学院成为"一带一路"在东盟顺利开展的重要助力和推手是摆在我们面前的重要研究课题。本文就10年来东盟孔子学院的发展进行了回顾与归纳,概括了东盟孔子学院发展的整体特点,着重分析了"一带一路"为发展东盟孔子学院所带来的新机遇,最后提出了如何在"一带一路"背景下发展与创新东盟孔子学院的建议与对策,旨在推进孔子学院在东盟的可持续发展与改革创新。

Since the founding of the first Confucius Institute in Thailand in 2006, China has set up 30 Confucius Insti-tutes in ASEAN. With a good development environment and the relationship between ASEAN and China,Confucius Institu-tes in ASEAN are running as a whole in good condition which have emerged a number of influential advanced Confucius In-stitutes. With the initiative of One Belt One Road,the ASEAN countries naturally became the first stations of One Belt One Road Initiative. How to make the sustainable development and innovation for the Confucius Institutes in ASEAN to serve One Belt One Road has been an important research topic. The article reviewed the development situations of the Confucius Institutes in ASEAN, summarized the overall characteristics of the Confucius Institutes, analyzed the new opportunities brought by One Belt One Road Initiative, and finally put forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to develop the Confucius Institutes in ASEAN under the background of “One Belt One Road” ,with the aims to promote sustainable development and innovation for the Confucius Institutes in ASEAN.
