重金属胁迫对紫叶稠李叶片解剖结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以城市绿化栽培品种紫叶稠李(Prunus padus L.)为研究对象,在6种重金属锌、铜、铅、汞、铬、镉的不同浓度胁迫条件下,观测紫叶稠李叶片解剖结构以及抗重金属特征,测定叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织/海绵组织、角质层厚度等7个指标,并进行了综合评价。结果表明:除镉外,随着其他重金属浓度的增加,栅栏组织逐渐变厚,海绵组织逐渐变薄,而随着镉浓度的逐渐增加,栅栏组织先变厚后变薄,海绵组织逐渐分化,在不同梯度镉浓度重量处理下,角质层厚度显著增加。可见,紫叶稠李具有较强的抗重金属特征,该树种可作为重金属富集区园林绿化树种。 Taking Prunus padus as research object,stress experiments with different concentration of zinc〉 copper, lead,mercury,chromium,cadmium were conducted. The anatomical structure and heavy metals resistance charac-teristics of leaves were observed. Leaf thickness, thickness of the epidermis, lower epidermis, palisade tissue, spongy tissue,palisade tissue spongy tissue & cuticle were evaluated. Result shows that apart from the Cd, the thickness of the fence is thickened and the thickness of the sponge is thinning as the concentration of other heavy metals increases. In addition to Cd,With the gradual increase in the concentration of other heavy metals,thickness of palisade tissue are thicker,thickness of sponge tissue are thinner. With the gradual increase of Cd concentration, palisade tissue becomes thicker at first and then thinner;spongy tissue are gradually differentiated;thickness of cuti-cle increased significantly; result shows that Prunus padus have characteristics of strong anti-heavy metal. So the tree species can be used as landscaping tree species in heavy-metal-enrichment area .
