本文从水样的采集与保存、实验室用水、实验药品、消解过程、干扰和消除等方面系统全面地分析了碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定水质总氮的影响因素,为提高水质总氮测定的准确度和可信度提供参考。

The factors influencing the determinat ion of total nit rogen in water by alkal ine potassium per sulfate digest ion ul-traviolet spectrophotometry were analyzed in this paper from the aspects of water col lection and storage,laboratory water,ex-perimental drug, digestion process, interference and elimination, Which can improve the accuracy and credibility of total ni- trogen in water qual ity.
