高职院校主要是为社会培养出德智体全面发展的高级实用型人才,在教育过程中应该注重学生品德教育与专业教育的结合发展,而目前很多学校的专业教育和思想政治教育相对独立,人们往往忽视专业教师在大学生思想政治教育中的重要作用。本文将进一步对专业教师参与思想政治教育工作存在的误区、意义及结合我院实施经验进行分析和探讨,充分发挥专业教师在思想政治工作全程育人过程中的作用。

This paper will further misunderstanding and significance of professional teaching,to participate in the work of Ide-ological and political education are combined in our hospital were analyzed and discussed the implementation experience, give full play to the professional teachers in the ideological and political work of the whole education process.
