摘要 目前保温工程出现的开裂、脱落、长毛、冷桥等问题一直无法解决,主要由于保温材料自身构造问题和施工不当等造成。而EPS模块是经专用的设备、模具加工成型的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板材,是一种新型节能建筑材料。从EPS模块的结构特点出发,对EPS模块的核心技术、产业需求和转化成果进行了详细的阐述,并提出了预期研制的技术指标。 Existing problems of thermal insulation engineering, such as crack, fall off, mould, cold bridge, and so on, haven't been solved yet, which are mainly caused by the material structure and improper construction. EPS module is a kind of new energy-saving building material, which is made of polystyrene foam board and processed by special equipment and mold. The structure characteris- tics, core technology, industry demand, and conversion results of EPS module are expounded with details in this paper, and the tech- nical indexes of expected development are put forward.
