摘要
大型燃煤锅炉采用矿井乏风助燃的方式具有一定的可行性。针对国内某电站锅炉乏风掺混二次风利用进行计算,采取单回风井对单台炉的乏风输送方式,掺混后甲烷浓度可降为0.1%,能够节约锅炉2.8t/h的燃煤量。为保证乏风助燃技术的安全利用,必须严格监控瓦斯浓度变化,防止矿井瓦斯突变造成高浓度瓦斯进入锅炉造成安全事故。
It is feasible to application of mine ventilation air as coal-fired boiler combustion-supporting air. According to the calculation of boiler second air mixed with ventilation air in a domestic power plant. The methane concentration can be reduced to 0.13%, and save 4 ton of coal in one hour. It is necessary to monitor the change of menthane concentration strictly to prevent the accident.
